Hi Marina. Just wanted to alert you to the fact that your currency conversions are out of date and as such are VERY misleading. For example the 99 sqm apartment in Playa El Agua is advertised as 262,000,000 VEB and you state that this is approx 75 k USD. However, with the current exchange rates it is more than 121 k USD which is 62% higher than the figure you quote - a HUGE difference I think you'll agree. As you market yourself as an honest agent, I am sure this is an unintentional oversight so I thought I would bring it to your attention so you can correct your website to give a more honest, accurate picture. Regards, Neil
Neil. At the current parallel market exchange rate of 3500:1 the price couldn't get much closer. Maybe you need to do a little local market homework before posting.
Dear Ladies & Gentlemen:
Hope, this reaches you in good health.
Currently a lot of investors from Venezuela are buying property in Florida
for a variety of reasons, and one of them is weak US dollar.
I want to sell my oceanfront condo with oceanfront balcony in Daytona Beach, Florida
It is about 384 sq.ft., fully furnished, on 4th floor (top floor), steps to pubs, restaurants,
shops, theme park, and other tourist attractions, about 4 miles from NASCAR Daytona 500
arena on International Speedway. It is ideally located at the corner of Atlantic Ocean and
International Speedway. Will make a deal with a serious buyer on cash purchase. If successful
with your client, I will pay you agreed upon commission. The property is income producing; it is
rented on daily and weekly basis like a hotel through onsite sales office, when the owner is not
using it. Here is the picture of the building:
Look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
